Summary: The place was really nice and friendly. First time ever I received a call from the front desk to check to see if the room was as expected. Couldn't use some of the amenities due to weather.

Summary: We came to the area for a family wedding and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all its offerings better. Our room was excellent with a beautiful view. We were within walking distance of the historic downtown with all its shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to return!

Summary: The hotel is located on the lake in the downtown area. There is a nice, covered outdoor terrace with seating to view the water. The swimming pool and hot tub also face the lake. They provide a hot breakfast with plenty of comfortable indoor seating. Our room was clean and stocked with expected amenities. I really like the fact the air conditioning was on when we checked in so the room was already cool. Staff was courteous and helpful in providing information and directions of places to go around town. Shopping on Main Street is only 3 blocks from the hotel. Two restaurants share the same parking lot as the hotel so once parked; we didn't have to drive anywhere else for meals. I would definitely stay there again when traveling through Marble Falls.

Summary: Staff was absolutely amazing. Kudos to the Front desk employees and breakfast lady. Very welcoming and accomadating. The TV in the room really needed some help. Upgrade on screen and choices to watch. Definitely needs a little upgrading as do the rooms etc but otherwise really enjoyed. Breakfast options were hot and very good. Would have loved to use the pool but it rained the entire time. Not the hotels fault. 2 restaurants next door made this ideal for rest and relaxation for a couple of days. Very good option on a budget or just because. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Everything from check in to breakfast the next day was an amazing experience. All the staff I had contact with were extremely friendly and helpful. The room and facilities were immaculate and breakfast provided fresh items from a bakery, very tasty scrambled eggs and kolaches. All with a scenic view of the lake. Very enjoyable.

Summary: We stayed here during our Texas Hill Country Wine tasting trip. The property is located next to beautiful Lake Marble Falls and our room had a lake view. The room was clean, bed comfy and the free breakfast delicious. This is our second time staying at this property. And we will be back next year.
